数字经济赋能农业高质量发展

Abstract :

基于 2014-2021 年福建省九设区市的面板数据,构建多元线性回归模型实证分析数字经济对农业高质量发展的影响,以及产业结构高级化和创业活跃度在数字经济赋能农业高质量发展中的调节作用.研究发现:数字经济对农业高质量发展具有显著的赋能效应;产业结构高级化和创业活跃度在数字经济赋能农业高质量发展中具有显著的正向调节作用;数字经济对农业高质量发展的赋能效应存在显著的区域差异,数字经济对坡度较大区域的农业高质量发展的正向影响被显著削弱.据此提出,应进一步推动数字经济繁荣发展、推动农村三产融合发展、激发农民群体创业活力等,以赋能农业高质量发展,助力乡村全面振兴.

Research on the impact of geographic distance on corporate technology for social good: From the perspective of institutional environment and regional innovation capability SCIE

Abstract :

Corporate technology for social good is an important philosophy and action for enterprises to incorporate social issues and social needs into their core business activities, provide goodwill products/services based on technology innovation, and promote the integrated development of social and commercial values, which has become a heated topic in academia. Moreover, a better understanding of the relationship between corporate technology for social good and its predictors has significant implications for enterprise managers. The aim of this study is to explore the causal link between geographic distance and corporate technology for social good, and to investigate the moderating roles of institutional environment and regional innovation capability. Using available data for Ashare listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets of China between 2015 and 2020, this study adopts Ordinary Least Squares regression to empirically test the effect of geographic distance on corporate technology for social good, including the moderating roles of institutional environment and regional innovation capability in the geographic distance-corporate technology for social good link. The results show that geographic distance has a significant negative impact on corporate technology for social good. In other words, the shorter the geographic distance between enterprises and central cities, the better is the performance of corporate technology for social good. Besides, institutional environment and regional innovation capability can moderate the negative impact of geographic distance on corporate technology for social good. These obtained findings promote the extension of mature theoretical achievements such as stakeholder theory and institutional theory to the research field of corporate technology for social good, and expand the boundaries of existing theoretical applications. The results of the study also open the " black box " of the relationship between geographic distance and corporate technology for social good, which offer insights into geographic location and institutional factors influencing corporate technology for social good engagement. Moreover, the study is a useful supplement to the existing exploration of the drivers of corporate technology for social good from theoretical perspectives, and provides practical references for enterprises to actively participate in corporate technology for social good and the government to strengthen ethical governance of science and technology in the process of achieving sustainable development.

Abstract :

本研究整合资源基础理论、社会身份认同理论和制度理论探讨企业科技向善对企业创新绩效的影响机制,考察共享愿景能力的中介作用及制度压力的调节作用,并基于2016-2021年中国A股441家上市公司相关数据,借助OLS回归方法进行实证检验.结果显示:企业科技向善有助于提升企业创新绩效;共享愿景能力在企业科技向善与企业创新绩效间具有中介作用;规制性压力、规范性压力和模仿性压力正向调节了企业科技向善与企业创新绩效间的关系;企业科技向善对企业创新绩效的正向影响效应在规模大、国有企业样本中更为强烈.研究结果在推动资源基础理论、社会身份认同理论和制度理论等成熟理论成果向企业科技向善研究领域延伸、拓展已有理论应用边界的同时,在一定程度上打开了企业科技向善与企业创新绩效的关联机制"黑箱"并提供实证证据支撑,也为企业改善创新绩效过程中积极践行科技向善提供了实践参考.

The effect of visual attention process and thinking styles on environmental aesthetic preference: An eye-tracking study SSCI

Abstract :

People often form different aesthetic preferences for natural and built environments, which affects their behavioral intention; however, it remains unknown whether this difference in aesthetic preference is due to differences in thinking styles. However, whether tourists' aesthetic preferences differ when using different visual attention processes has not been studied further. This study used eye-tracking and self-reporting to investigate these questions. The results show that natural environment images are more favored visually because they can evoke in tourists larger pupil diameters and longer scan paths, but we found no significant difference in fixation duration and fixation counts. We also found that the scanning path of tourists who predominantly rely on intuitive thinking is modulated by the bottom-up attention process, while the scanning path of tourists who prefer rational thinking is modulated by the top-down attention process. In the bottom-up process, tourists who prefer rational thinking exhibit more positive aesthetic preferences and emotional arousal. In summary, the present study verified that aesthetic preference is more likely to be influenced by both thinking style and visual attention processing. The results of the present work provide preliminary evidence that the aesthetic preference of the environment is not only related to visual attention but also affected by the individual visual attention process and thinking style.

基于企业科技向善话题访谈及演讲实录,采用扎根理论质性研究方法,对企业科技向善影响因素及驱动机制进行探索性研究.结果显示,科技向善的理念、企业战略是驱动企业科技向善的内在前置因素;外部利益相关者、外部冲击是"科技向善的理念—企业科技向善""企业战略—企业科技向善"关系的调节因素.基于此,构建了"内驱力—外部情境—企业科技向善"的理论模型,并为驱动企业落实科技向善提供了对策与建议.

Abstract :

Environmental corporate social responsibility is important for firms to achieve both economic benefits and the sustainable development of firms and the environment, which are of great concern to theorists and practitioners. However, the relationship between environmental corporate social responsibility and green innovation performance is still unclear. To address the research gap, we propose a research model that incorporates the mediating effect of shared vision capability, and the moderating effect of resource slack, to investigate whether and when environmental corporate social responsibility affects green innovation performance. Data were obtained from 351 respondents of Chinese firms through a questionnaire. The results confirmed that environmental corporate social responsibility is positively associated with green innovation performance. The results also confirmed that shared vision capability mediated the environmental corporate social responsibility-green innovation performance link. Resource slack statistically significantly moderated the relationship between environmental corporate social responsibility and green innovation performance. These findings offer novel insight for managers when formulating management policies about environmental corporate social responsibility, shared vision capability, and green innovation performance, which can help enterprises to achieve the goal of sustainable development and promote environmental friendliness in society at large.

Abstract :

There are extensive studies of environmental corporate social responsibility at the macro level. However, the study of the impact of environmental corporate social responsibility on employees' work-related outcomes is inchoate. Drawing on social identity theory and signaling theory, this paper investigates the impact of environmental corporate social responsibility on employees' green innovative behaviors. The mediating role of perceived meaningfulness at work and the moderating role of moral identity are also investigated. Data were collected via a time-lagged and multisource survey. The study analyzed the responses of 271 employees of Chinese enterprises. Hypotheses were examined using hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrapping. The results indicated environmental corporate social responsibility to be positively related to employees' green innovative behaviors. Perceived meaningfulness at work mediates the link between environmental corporate social responsibility and employees' green innovative behaviors. Moreover, moral identity moderates the relationship between environmental corporate social responsibility and perceived meaningfulness at work. The indirect effect of environmental corporate social responsibility on employees' green innovative behaviors via perceived meaningfulness at work is also moderated by moral identity. Theoretical contributions and practical implications of the study are discussed.
