Abstract:
Antimony sulfide (Sb2S3) thin film was prepared by a simple spin-coating method to fabricate Sb2S3 based inorganic-organic heterojunction solar cells. Annealing temperature impact on the optical absorption and crystallization of Sb2S3 films was studied systematically. The crystallinity and absorption of the Sb2S3 film improved significantly when the annealing temperature increased from 200 degrees C to 300 degrees C leading to the power conversion efficiency of Sb2S3-based solar cells increased from 0.02% to 1.91%.
