Abstract：

An　enantioselective　conjugate　addition　of　2-acylimidazoles　with　nitroalkenes　catalyzed　by　chiral-at-metal　rhodium(III)　complex　under　mild　reaction　conditions　was　developed,　affording　versatile　-nitro　ketone　skeletons　in　good　yields　with　excellent　enantioselectivities　(up　to　＞99%　ee).
