Abstract:

Heparan sulfate is a typical kind of glycosaminoglycan(GAG), having complex structures and charged with many particular biological activities. This paper elucidates the structures of heparan Sulfate and the structure-function relationships, reviews the chief work of structural modification, simulation, as well as biosynthesis and chemical synthesis.
