In　the　face　of　fierce　market　competition　environment　and　the　increasingly　mature　tourists,　creative　tourism　has　gradually　become　an　effective　way　to　tourism　development　and　an　important　trend　of　tourism　industry.　According　to　the　related　research　at　home　and　abroad,　there　are　two　kinds　of　views　for　creative　tourism　the　form　view　and　the　mode　view,　and　the　scope　and　connotation　of　them　were　expounded.　When　it　comes　to　the　composition　of　the　creative　tourism　product,　there　are　mainly　three　kinds　of　supply　types　of　creative　tourism　product,　respectively　are:　creative　sites,　creative　spectacle　and　creative　space,　and　the　core　characteristics　is　creative　interaction.　Finally,　six　developing　forms　of　creative　tourism　are　put　forward.　There　are　creative　city,　creative　theme　park,　creative　exhibition　and　festival　activities,　creative　industry　clusters,　creative　agriculture　and　creative　workshop.
