Leading　industries　have　great　impetus　for　region　economy　development,　and　the　efficiency　of　leading　industries　have　an　effect　on　region　economy　development.　This　paper　use　DEA　method　to　evaluate　the　relative　efficiency　of　the　three　leading　industries　of　fujian　province　from　2003　to　2007　and　then　analyze　the　result.　The　result　shows　that,　in　some　years　the　three　leading　industries　were　pure　technical　inefficacy　or　pure　scale　inefficacy,　or　was　pure　technical　inefficacy　and　pure　scale　inefficacy,　so　the　global　efficiency　is　ill-good　ultimately.　Finally,　improve　the　inefficacy　DMU　to　provide　decision　references　for　the　development　of　the　leading　industry.
