Abstract：
The evaluation model of industrial clusters environment can measure the integrated internal forces of clusters, and provide evidence for estimating the affinity between industrial clusters and enterprises. This paper constructs an evaluation index system of industrials cluster environment based on evaluation model, and explains how to synthetically evaluate cluster environment by multilevel Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation.
