Abstract:
To effectively solve the overstock problem of apparel products, in consideration of customers' preferences for product availability and the strategies differentiation of supply chain in different stages, the 0-1 mixed integer dynamic programming model was constructed with the maximum profit in entire cycle by introducing presale mode. Under presale and non-presale modes, the decision variables, profits and related parameters' sensitivity of dual-channel supply chain at each stage were made comparative analysis with numerical examples. The results showed that the coordinated operation of dual-channel supply chain network based on presale mode effectively reduced the inventory amount and shortage amount of products simultaneously under certain circumstances. © 2016, CIMS.
