Abstract:

To promote biomass industry chain, and to improve the value of Caragana korshinskii Kom's comprehensive utilization, research group used microwave pyrolysis technology for korshinskii to obtain high quality of crude oil, and lots of solid carbon can be prepared for high-quality activated carbon by chemical activated method. This experiment is on the preparation of activated carbon through chemical methods, selecting activated agents, activator quality ratio, activated temperature and activated time as 4 effective factors, iodine number as the main index. The orthogonal experiment was carried out based on the result of single-factor experiment, the process condition of producing activation carbon is optimized through orthogonal test. The results show that the optimal process conditions of phosphoric acid as activator for: carbon agent ratio of 1:1.5, activation temperature of 550, activated time of 80 min, under the condition 9.8%, 2.77% and 1013.37 mg/g correspond to its moisture content, ash content and iodine adsorption value, and the three main indexes all reach the first classnational standard of wooden activated carbon for water purification. © 2016, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
