Abstract:
Saturated vapor pressures of Lyral were measured in the temperature range of 391.85~416.35 K by static method in a Rose still. The measured Lyral saturated vapor pressures and temperatures were correlated by Antoine equation lnP=A B/(T+C), and the constants of the equation were determined as A=10.701, B=558.048, C=296.730. The average deviations between the Lyral saturated vapor pressures calculated from the above correlated equation and experimental data are less than 1%, this indicates that the correlated values of Lyral saturated vapor pressures agree well with the measured ones. The obtained parameters are useful for the design and operation of the Lyral rectifying tower.
