Supernetwork　system　of　express　enterprise　consisted　of　physical　layer　network　and　management　layer　network,　the　physical　layer　network　located　in　the　bottom　of　the　supernetwork　system　which　composed　of　highway　and　air　delivery　centers　and　routes,　the　management　layer　network　was　composed　of　organization　management　dimension　subnetwork　and　business　management　dimension　subnetwork,　cost　minimization　and　efficiency　maximization　were　objectives　of　them,　so,　the　supernetwork　system　was　of　characteristics　of　multilayer,　multidimension　and　multicriteria.　On　the　basis　of　the　cost　optimization-based　method　and　the　time　optimization-based　method　of　express　supernetwork　raised　in　organization　management　dimension　and　business　management　dimension　respectively,　an　optimization　method　of　multicriteria　express　supernetwork　based　on　time　threshold　was　proposed,　the　method　was　also　illustrated　by　an　application　case,　results　showed　that　the　delivery　routes,　means　and　cost　was　related　to　time　threshold.
