Supplier　is　one　of　the　key　factors　to　compose　supply　chain　system　as　origin　provider　of　products　and　service.　To　create　simple　and　doable　evaluation　model　for　suppliers＇　integrated　evaluation　and　scientific　selection,　the　author　analyzed　the　characteristics　of　supplier　selection　first.　And　the　decision-making　method　of　grey　clustering　was　introduced　to　supplier　selection,　then　the　decision-making　model　of　grey　clustering　for　supplier　selection　was　established,　thus　provided　a　new　method　for　enterprises　to　select　suppliers　on　the　scientific　and　external　evaluation.
