Abstract:
Extrusion and squirt was used to process the PA6/KF composite, and the influence of fiber surface modification on the mechanic properties and failure morphology was discussed. The results show that the PA6/KF1 composite's tensile strength and flexural strength are in-proved, but the impact strength is declined. The tensile failure morphology of PA6/KF0 is presenting an interfacial taking off adhesive, but the tensile failure morphology of PA6/KF1's just presenting a part. The flexural and impact fracture morphology show that the adhesive PAG on the PA6/KF1 is much more than that on the PA6/KF0. However, the nice interfacial adhesive causes the declining of the PA6/KF1's impact strength.
