Abstract:

Research on height-variable chassis and new-style suspension, the designation on new-style suspension used to implement changes in chassis height; it is a greater magnetic force by electromagnetic theory, to achieve the lifting link height changes. In order to determine the feasibility of variable height suspension, simulate on the new suspension at three different suspension heights. With the suspension height variation, effect on suspension alignment parameters and roll coefficients and get Variation. Actual driving in the car, the suspension does not exist in the rigid body, so by elevating connecting rod flexible body analysis, systems analysis to improve accuracy. At last, compared with the alignment parameters and roll coefficients on rigid body, obtain the Necessity of flexible analyzes. © 2016, FISITA. All rights reserved.
