Abstract:
The performance of in-line pulse CVT and its effect factors are investigated by experimental method. An experimental device of in-line pulse CVT is designed and manufactured, a pulsating degree test bench of the CVT is established, and the pulsating degree experiment of the CVT is carried out. The experiment results show that the pulsating degree depends on the distance between the speed control point and the input shaft, the pulsating degree of in-line pulse CVT is less than 15%. Experimental results verify that the new structure of in-line pulse CVT has good work performance and usability. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.
