Abstract:
The operating characteristics test system of AC/DC contactor is introduced in this paper. It achieved phase selection in the making and breaking course of contactor by taking PIC16F887 as the core of control in hardware part. The voltage, current of coil and main circuit with three-phase contacts were obtained. With Keyence laser displacement sensor used, displacement of contact and iron core changing over time were achieved. Moreover, the sound signal making in the making course of contactor by electret microphone was captured?All signals mentioned above was transmitted to PC based on 12-bit data-acquisition with high accuracy and highspeed. Software part of system achieved intelligent data processing containing signal de-noising by wavelet, the spectrum analysis and extraction and localization of signal. With these means, it realized the measurement of parameters such as contact gap, over-travel, the arcing energy automatically.The test system can provide technical support for contactor studying and simulation, control strategy verifying of AC/DC contactor. It is of theoretical and practical significance in the design and development of AC/DC contactor.
