Abstract：

Industrial　cluster　network　and　supply　chain　network　theory　are　applied　to　analyze　connotation　and　characteristics　of　supply-chain-style　industrial　cluster.　Supply-chain-style　industrial　cluster＇s　network　structure　is　discussed　base　on　the　complex　network　theory　and　its　competitive　advantages　are　identified　from　the　aspects　of　production,　innovation,　anti-risk　and　so　on.　The　research　indicates　that　keeping　network　openness,　cultivating　and　protecting　network　hubs　are　crucial　for　maintaining　supply-chain-style　industrial　cluster　competitive　advantages.　Â©　2010　IEEE.
