Abstract:

This paper design a kind of DC electrical apparatus with no arc and high-performance communication. Making the electromagnetic contactor as the design object, the advanced particle swarm optimization is applied to the design of new no-arc intelligent DC contactor, calculating its structrual parameters and control parameters comprehensive and optimized, finding out the best course of dynamic parameters and control structure of the prototype parameters, and forming a kind of intelligent DC contactor with high reliability, high operating frequency and high electical endurance and mechanical endurance. The collision of the electromagnetic body in closing process and the bonce of contact system have been reduced greatly, and make the performance indexs and reliability of the product of intelligent no-arc DC contactor have been greatly improved. The prototype has been tested in electromagnetic compatibility, making and bresking capacity, electrical endurance and mechanical life and so on in Fujian Provincial Central Inspection Institute and Hunan Provincial Electrical Apparatus Detecting Institute. The exeperiments show that every performance of the prototype is good, and its operation is reliable. Copyright © 2009 by International Academic Publishers Ltd.
