针对国内某金精矿中金嵌布粒度细且大部分被黄铜矿、黄铁矿、毒砂包裹的现状,采用盐酸-过氧化氢-乙二醇体系对该金精矿进行氧化预处理.结果 表明,在盐酸浓度0.7 mol/L,矿浆浓度40 g/L,给料细度-48 μm占90%以上,矿浆温度60℃,H2O2浓度0.5 mol/L,乙二醇浓度9mL/L的条件下,金精矿中Cu、As的溶解率分别达95.25%、99.75%,添加乙二醇使铜的溶解率增加了61.85个百分点.对添加剂乙二醇的作用过程及机理进行分析表明:乙二醇通过延迟过氧化氢的分解,促进了黄铜矿的溶解,使铜的溶解率增加.
