Abstract:
针对高校科研创新团队存在优秀领军人才与高层次科研人才缺乏、科研创新团队构建不科学、文化建设薄弱、制度保障缺乏等问题,提出通过领军人才和高层次人才的培育、科研创新团队模式的创新和团队科学化管理水平的提升等方面的建设,积极发挥科研创新团队在科技创新、科研成果转化与应用和创新人才培养方面的作用.
