红色病灶(RLs)与背景颜色相近、与血管颜色几乎相同、眼底成像硬件造成的眼底图像光照不均、对比度低等因素给RLs的检测带来了困难.本文提出一种基于SVM的检测方法.首先通过CLAHE增强眼底图像对比度,并利用病灶与其领域的灰度差粗分割获得红色病灶候选区域;接着用C-V活动轮廓模型提取精确轮廓;最后用SVM分类器剔除候选RLs中的背景、血管等干扰,获得RLs的精确检测.数据集采用公开的糖尿病视网膜病变图像库DIARETDB1,实验结果:敏感性为90.5%,特异性为88.9%.
