Abstract:

针对工程实际中隔离微幅低频振动的难题,设计出一种能够增大负刚度机构介入程度的剪叉式准零刚度(QZS)隔振器.介绍剪叉式隔振器的设计原理,对其进行静力学分析,探索隔振器的力和刚度特性;比较剪叉式和连杆-弹簧式隔振器中负刚度机构弹簧的压缩量和刚度曲线;利用ADAMS仿真验证剪叉式隔振器的QZS特性和隔振效果,并对其隔振性能进行评价.结果表明,剪叉式隔振器的隔振性能优于线性隔振器,能够实现微幅低频振动的隔离.
