Abstract:

针对工程实际中隔离微幅低频振动的难题,设计出一种能够增大负刚度机构介入程度的剪叉式准零刚度(QZS)隔振器。介绍剪又式隔振器的设计原理,对其进行静力学分析,探索隔振器的力和刚度特性;比较剪叉式和连杆一弹簧式隔振器中负刚度机构弹簧的压缩量和刚度曲线;利用ADAMS仿真验证剪叉式隔振器的QZS特性和隔振效果,并对其隔振性能进行评价。结果表明,剪叉式隔振器的隔振性能优于线性隔振器,能够实现微幅低频振动的隔离。
