Abstract:
Mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of copper-bearing antibacterial duplex stainless steel were investigated by SEM, EDS, tensile test and electrochemical measurement. The results show that the rich copper precipitate has effect of tensile strength increasing. In the range of 540-580℃, with the aging temperature increasing, the rich copper phase coarsening, the tensile strength and plasticity decrease, and fracture from ductile fracture to quasi cleavage fracture gradually. In 30% acetic acid solution, with the rich copper phase volume fraction increasing, the corrosion resistant improves. ©, 2015, Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society of Heat Treatment.
