Abstract:
近年来,光动力疗法在皮肤癌、胃肠癌、肺癌等恶性肿瘤的治疗上取得了显著的临床效果,有望发展为一种常规的治疗手段。光敏剂是决定光动力疗效的关键因素,如何克服光敏剂在水溶液中易聚集的倾向并进一步提高靶向性,是当前的研究焦点之一。
