Abstract:
为获得良好摩擦学性能的Al-30%Si,采用内冷式机械搅拌法对其进行物理变质处理,运用正交试验方法优化不同搅拌工艺参数,在观察微观组织的基础上将最优化的Al-30%Si在MM1000-Ⅱ试验机上进行摩擦磨损测试。结果表明:Al-30%Si经过内冷式搅拌法的物理变质处理后,能够获得较小的平均晶粒尺寸和较大的平均形状因子,且其耐磨性较变质前有明显改善,最佳工艺参数为:熔体搅拌初始温度为880℃,搅拌头质量为12%,搅拌速率为800r/min.
