Abstract:
微囊藻毒素(MC)是一类肝毒素,不仅对动物产生危害,对人类健康也有危害。随着环境污染和富营化程度加剧,蓝藻“水华”现象日显严重,微囊藻毒水华发生频繁且多数能产生微囊藻毒素。本文考察了缓冲液体系、分离电压以及质谱检测条件等因素对分离效果和信号强度的影响,建立MCs测定的CE—MS新方法。
