Abstract：
本文介绍了场致发射显示器的充氮封接工艺。该工艺主要特点是在预烧结过程中通入压缩空气使荧光粉和低熔点玻璃中的有机物充分去除，在封接过程中充入氮气保护阴极材料和电极不被氧化。该封接工艺可较好的满足场致发射显示器工艺需要。
