Abstract:
考察了铝基底表面处理、烧结温度、膜厚度对Ni-Al2O3复合薄膜光吸收性能的影响。结果表明,针对所制备的溶胶,以机械抛光加H3PO4-CrO3,溶液处理铝表面,600℃烧结温度及相对高的溶胶浓度(0.8mol/L且吲定镍摩尔分数为80%)可以获得高吸收率的太阳能吸收薄膜。
