Abstract:
采用反复模压变形法(Constrained Groove Pressing,简称CGP)细化H62黄铜合金,研究合金成分、退火温度、压制道次对CGP过程的影响,以及变形道次对H62黄铜显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,H62黄铜经470℃×1h退火工艺有利于CGP处理;随着CGP道次增加,晶粒逐渐细化,强度和硬度提高;经CGP八道次处理后,H62黄铜的显微硬度从89Hv增加到170Hv,屈服强度由130MPa上升到450MPa.
