Abstract:

对影响反复模压变形法(CGP)细化两相合金过程的因素,如合金成分、退火温度、模具尺寸等进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,H62黄铜由于低的含锌量,使材料的塑性增加,有利于CGP变形;随着退火温度的升高,β′相增加,不利于CGP变形;较宽的CGP模具压槽可以减少工件重负荷区域的应力并可以反复模压以细化合金晶粒改善性能。
