Abstract：
本文采用大体积富集的毛细管电泳-紫外检测技术，对富集条件，毛细管电泳区带分离条件进行了考察，建立了适合用于儿茶素、芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮苷、山奈酚、木犀草素、槲皮素等7种黄酮类化合物的高效、灵敏的大体积富集毛细管电泳-紫外检测的分离分析方法。
