Abstract:
建立了固相微萃取(SPME)-高效液相色谱编程荧光法联用测定环境水样中15种多环芳烃(PAHs)的分析方法.优化了固相微萃取、液相分离及荧光检测波长等条件.该法对15种多环芳烃的检出限为0.001~0.02μg/L(S/N=3),相对标准偏差(RSD, n=6)为3.8%~11.3%.用该法分析城市污水处理厂的痕量多环芳烃,15种多环芳烃的回收率为76.3%~87.5%,RSD(n=3)为4.6%~15.2%.方法快速、灵敏、简单,适用于快速分析环境水样中的痕量多环芳烃。
