Abstract:
采用毛细管电泳-紫外检测法对瑞香苷进行了水解动力学研究.研究瑞香苷(DN)和瑞香素(DP)的紫外吸收随水解反应过程的进行而发生的变化,计算得水解的速率常数,并总结了温度对速率常数的影响规律.实验结果表明,水解速率常数随着温度的升高而逐渐变大,同时反应速率常数也随催化剂盐酸的浓度增加而增大.在盐酸作为催化剂的条件下,温度为337,347,351,363,371 K时的水解常数分别为1.1×10-3,4.6×10-3,6.6×10-3,17.3×10-3,33.5×10-3min-1.同时,计算该反应的活化能为91.62 kJ mol-1.测定结果表明,此法用于测定瑞香苷水解常数简便、直观.
