Abstract:
用溶胶凝胶法在碳素钢表面制备了Ti/Si系的纳米级涂层,并用XRD,SEM,TEM等手段分析其相结构,表面形貌和微观形貌,还进行了FeCL<,3>腐蚀试验.结果表明:Si加入,推迟了TiO<,2>的晶化温度,提高了体系的均匀性;Ti的加入改善了涂层与基体的匹配.二者相互作用在Si:Ti=4:1附近实现最佳配合,获得优良的耐蚀性能.添加DBS后,试样的耐蚀性显著提高,甚至优于不锈钢的性能.
