Abstract:

同步分断即电流零点分断控制技术是智能交流接触器的关键技术.然而,影响同步分断的因素是极其复杂的,因此,在运行中有时未能实现真正的电流零点分断.本文通过对智能交流接触器分断全过程的失策、失效机理的分析,提出其失效的分布规律及提高同步分断可靠度的措施,从而提高智能交流接触器的性能指标与工作可靠性.
