Abstract：
通过形态学矩阵表对蜂窝煤成型机进行多方案分析，在SolidWorks环境下，针对选定的方案进行三维设计与运动仿真，并根据仿真结果对扫屑刷的连杆长度进行优化设计。仿真分析表明：蜂窝煤成型机机械性能稳定、可靠，各种机构运动协调，最大程度上满足了设计要求。
