Abstract:
基于SoC中的多电压域,研究并设计一款片内集成飞电容的可重构开关电容型稳压器.同传统结构相比,芯片管脚数目以及母板尺寸得到减小,同时有效降低了封装的复杂程度.采用SMIC 0.18μmCMOS工艺,对所设计的电路进行仿真验证,当输出电压为0.75 V时,输入电压范围可以达到1.65 V(1.35V-3V),功率效率大部分超过50%,其中输入电压在1.35V-2V效率可达60%以上,在输出电容不计算在内时,功率密度为8.46 mW/mm2,片内飞电容的总容值仅为760pF.
