Abstract:
采用光学显微镜、拉伸实验、硬度测试及电化学实验等手段,研究不同含N量对铸造CE8MN双相不锈钢组织、力学性能及耐蚀性能的影响.研究结果表明:随着含N量的增加,CE8MN双相不锈钢中奥氏体晶粒细化,奥氏体含量提高,从而使CE8MN双相不锈钢力学性能得到提高;在3.5%NaCl溶液中,不锈钢表面形成均一、稳定的钝化膜,随着含N量的增加,使得CE8MN双相不锈钢腐蚀电流密度降低,耐蚀性能提高.
