Abstract:
以刚玉、粘土和Ti02为原料,合成刚玉/莫来石/钛酸铝复相材料,并主要探讨不同烧结温度和保温时间对复相材料晶相与显微结构的影响,从中确定最佳的烧结温度和保温时间.用XRD法、SEM法分析表征各试样的晶相结构和显微结构,采用Rietveld Quantification软件确定各试样的晶相含量.实验结果,确定最佳的反应烧结温度为1 500℃,最佳的保温时间为4h.
