Abstract：
高速切削过程中的绝热剪切容易产生锯齿形切屑,从而影响加工表面质量和刀具寿命.本文通过对绝热剪切临界判据适用性、切削过程中的变形条件计算作进一步了总结,阐述绝热剪切预测模型建立的理论依据,同时分析了高速切削过程中绝热剪切的影响因素,获得高速切削过程中绝热剪切的临界切削条件,以指导加工过程中切削参数的合理选用.
