高速切削过程中的绝热剪切容易产生锯齿形切屑,从而影响加工表面质量和刀具寿命.对绝热剪切临界判据适用性、材料的动态塑性本构关系的理论基础、切削过程中的变形条件计算作进一步了总结,对高速切削过程中绝热剪切的影响因素、临界切削条件的确定做了系统介绍,并展望了绝热剪切预测研究的发展方向.
