传统的升压型有源功率因数校正(APFC)电路的导通器件多,通态损耗较大,在功率较大和低压输入时的应用场合,其通态损耗影响整机效率的提升.无整流桥的PFC电路成为当今研究热点.文章分析比较了现有无桥PFC电路,并采用一种新型的无桥升压型APFC电路,其导通器件少,电压应力低,开关损耗小,在中大功率场合可得更高效率.文中介绍了单周期控制的基本原理,并以IR1150S为控制芯片,设计了双向开关型无桥升压PFC电路,300 W的试验样机证实了该电路的优越性.
