Abstract:
研究表明,福利会对员工绩效产生影响,而且这些解释也在不同程度上得到了实证研究的支持.但关于福利对员工绩效的作用机理的研究却很少,缺乏深入系统地分析福利对员工绩效影响完整、清晰的过程.
