Abstract:
采用宏观及显微组织分析、扫描电镜分析和力学性能试验等方法对传动轴的断裂进行了失效分析.结果表明,该轴断裂属疲劳失效,轴端部键槽处在制造过程中存在淬火裂纹是导致疲劳断裂的主要原因.
