分析了斗齿闭式模锻过程的工艺方案,采用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对成形过程进行了数值模拟.揭示了斗齿闭式模锻过程的金属流动规律和变形力学特征,对斗齿闭式模锻过程的工艺和模具设计提供了指导.并用实验证明了该斗齿闭式模锻工艺的可行性.
