Abstract：
基于阿米卡星(AMK)能增强荧光素二聚体的荧光信号,建立了以荧光素二聚体荧光探针同步荧光光谱技术测定AMK的新方法.结果表明,在△λ=30nm,最优条件下,测定AMK的线性范围为0.5～20.0μg/mL,检出限 (LOD)为0.51μg/ml .用于实际样品分析,测定回收率为96.9%～104.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.7%～5.3%.
