Abstract：
在新的形势下,提高高校学生党支部的凝聚力具有重要的战略意义.为此,我们在实践过程中不断探索增强高校学生党支部凝聚力的途径:继续塑造和培养学生党员的理想信念;提高支部书记的领导水平;引入竞争机制,促使党员有紧迫感;进行有效的信息沟通.
