采用削-盘式磨损装置研究了两种磨盘材料在软磨料上的磨损,结果表明,软磨料磨损不同于硬磨料磨损,其磨损方式是软相首先发生塑性变形,然后在软硬两相区产生位错堆积发展成为空洞,空洞随后演变为裂纹,最终导致材料的脱落.由于奥氏体比马氏体具有更强的塑性变形能力,因此表现出更好的耐磨性.
