Abstract:
根据仿生制备原理,以涂渍PVA的有机玻璃为基底,异丙醇钛-乙二醇-水为沉积液,通过控制沉积液浓度、pH值和温度,在温度小于100°C的温度下合成了TiO2膜.对TiO2膜的晶相、形貌和亲水性表征,结果表明,TiO2膜的微晶晶相结构为锐钛矿相,膜对波长大于400nm的可见光透过率为75%~85%,自然风干的膜表面均匀致密,在紫外光照10min后可达到超亲水状态.
